Disappearance

13:50

I leaned forward to see our shadows overlap
The sight I saw when I was resting in your lap
And the image of the world you have created
Within my memory, it lies deep-seated

I dove too far to notice that I was drowning
But to know you better, I kept on falling
Because the time I ran out of breath
It is the time I can feel your dread

To me the world means you
But, I don't want you to be the world
Because I need to hold on to you
Even if it means swinging my sword

I'm leaning back to see our shadows apart
And the night consumes on my part
When the day ends, send a smile to me
Forget the pasts, I am your enemy

a half of us,
Andri Kurniawan
