Stage Play (Edit by Mimi)

02:35

"It's a stage play!" the child shouted happily,
Little did he know that nights grow weary.
"That girl is singing her heart out!" he said whilst pointing.
Without thinking there would be a literal meaning.

"The clowns are stupid," he grumbled to himself.
Finding words to say, lost at his own shelf.
"Why are they goofing off?" When they're only being serious.
Their minds aren’t mad, just distinct and delirious.

"Lions look mighty," he said, carrying a piece of meat,
Not even knowing, the lost of pride they meet.
Caged in bars, the vicious beasts are far from grandeur,
For their souls are nothing left but poor.

"Are those magicians?" he asked to taunt.
Magic tricks would grant you anything you want.
For the line of what’s real and what is not,
Isn’t something that they had already brought.

The child is mad as he is grunting,
He burnt the stage like a wild blaze hunting.
Behind the screen, the fire was bizarre.
Never knowing who the people around him are.

the echo of your silence,
